Leeks, shallots, garlic, white wine, and butter create a sumptuous sauce to gently steam mussels, enhancing the broth into the perfect dip for handmade French fries. We’ll enjoy Lemon Sorbet with Lavender to completely transport you to the rolling fields of lavender punctuated by pert lemon trees, dotting the southern coast of France.
